Excellent as a main dish or a dip.
1 large zucchini (chopped into large chunks)
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
2 Tbsp. high quality cold pressed olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Add everything to blender and process until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables
