Walnut Pate

An unexpectedly hearty main dish, but makes an excellent dip, too!

Serves 4


2 cups walnuts, soaked for 2 hours

1 cup leeks, chopped

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings (like basil, oregano, parsley, etc.)

1 tsp. salt

3-4 liquid stevia drops

Process all in a food processor with the “S” blade until smooth. Add a little water for consistency if needed.
