Sunflower Seed Hummus

Serves 10 (Great for social gatherings)


2 cups Sunflower seeds, finely ground

4 cups cauliflower or zucchini – finely processed

2 avocados, peeled and de-seeded

1/2 cup sesame oil

1/2 cup lime juice

1/4 to 1/2 cup water

2 Tbsp. ground cumin

2 Tbsp. ground coriander

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. cayenne

1 tsp. hing or garlic powder to taste

2 Tbsp. salt

Process all in food processor until incorporated. Adjust taste to your liking.

Serve with veggie sticks.
