You cannot taste the avocado in this recipe. For an exceptional June treat, make with heirloom strawberries from the Brookside Farmers Market in Kansas City!
2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed (1 package frozen strawberries)
6-8 drops liquid stevia
Strawberry Milk ingredients:
2-3 ice cubes
1 – 2 cups almond milk
Drain strawberries, reserving juice (the more you can drain, the thicker your pudding will be)!
Peel and pit the avocado. Cut into 4 pieces and add to high speed blender. Add drained strawberries and liquid stevia. Blend until smooth, scraping sides.
Using a spatula, scoop out into serving dishes. Scrap sides clean as much as possible.
In same blender (without rinsing out), add the strawberry juice, ice and milk. Blend to remove pudding off the sides of the blender. Pour into glasses and serve!
