Not all spirulina is created equal. Healthforce and Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica all sell tasty spirulina. Remember to add spirulina to liquid for best results and to check the mirror before going out.
1 cup almond mylk or your favorite non-dairy mylk
1/2 medium cucumber, diced into large pieces
2 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs
1/2 avocado ½ cup frozen berries
1 – 2 Tbsp. spirulina
3 – 4 ice cubes, if a cold shake is desired
Add raw honey or stevia to taste, if desired.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
