An easy way to try mineral rich sea vegetables. The nutrients in miso have been found to prevent breast cancer.
Serves 1
1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup dulse flakes (dried sea vegetable)
1 TBSP miso
Add Dulse to boiling water. Let water sit until it’s not steaming anymore. Meanwhile, Add cold water to teaspoon by teaspoon and stir until will thinned. Add miso to hot dulse mixture and stir.
