1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked overnight
3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
3 cups water
1 pitted date, if additional sweetness is desired.
Drain sunflower seeds. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until emulsified. Strain through a nut mylk bag.
