A salad you eat with a spoon!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh, raw spinach
1 cup sweet peas
3 cups almond milk
1 kiwi, peeled
2 celery sticks
1/2 handful cilantro
4 basil leaves, fresh
2 green onions, diced
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Place all in a high speed blender such as a Vitamix, and blend.
