Refreshing served cold on a hot day with salad for a light meal, yet satisfying served warm as a side.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1 avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups water or almond milk
1/2 handful of cilantro chopped
1/2 tsp. dulse flakes
pinch of oregano
Blend all in a Vitamix until smooth. Serve. May heat on stove until steamy to serve warm.
