1 cup almonds
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 small sweet onion
1 small clove garlic
chili powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp. cumin (or to taste)
water to thin for desired consistency
The evening before, place the almonds in a bowl and cover with water. In the morning, drain and rinse.
Place all ingredients in a food processor.. Process and add a little more water to consistency you desire.
Serving suggestion: Add homemade salsa and serve on romaine leaves.
