Dr. Klug Health Update
Thank you for all the inquiries about my health! The nerve problems in my low back are improving. I’m sleeping well and my energy is back. I’m riding my bike like before, but not walking and hiking--yet. Hubby has taken over certain household chores that cause pain. I still need mid-day rest, but only 10 minutes.
I have an excellent physical therapist who listens to me. Between the two of us, we have narrowed the cause to how I adapted to bad ankle sprain in my 20s. Today dancers are considered athletes and have all sorts of resources available to them when injured, but way back then neither me nor my dance teachers thought of therapy. I hope to report soon that I’m starting to return my favorite and not so favorite activities.
